The Beijing Suicide Research and Prevention Center Hotline opened at December 3, 2002. It is a 7 day/week/24 hours per day service. It is toll free land phone number for China. Our operators are all professional full or part-time certified center staff. Now we have a training package with the relevant materials needed for crisis management and teachers who are trained well how to use them are essential for effective and uniform training of operators.
